Addendum - method to get white dutch oven pure white again without abrasive

I have enjoyed using the Milo occasionally, and my girlfriend uses hers often. We both have the white dutch oven. Hers has become off-white, especially after making beet soup. It had definitely turned red. So I set out to see if OxyClean would work, and I can happily say yes it does. I tried on mine with success, and after it worked like a charm on an oft-used one, I though I'd write a review here to help anyone that is looking for a solution. Take one scoop of OxyClean and put in the dutch oven when it is not hot. Add about 6 cups of boiling water. Stir until OxyClean is dissolved, which takes a couple of minutes. By this time, the bottom of the pot is spotless. You can heat on the stove, but it will bubble up, so don't put on high, and attend at all times. To clean the sides, keep adding boiling water until it's all the way to the top. Turn off the heat so it's not boiling, and let sit for 5 or 10 minutes. I did light motion with a plastic cleaning brush at the end once I poured water out to avoid spillage. Rinse A LOT. Oxyclean will make the pot slippery, and you need to keep rinsing until the pot is squeaky clean, inside and out. The pot will be glistening white. Hope this helps.

Great customer service - thanks Milo!

I bought a dutch oven in black matte and noticed that it had small rust spots inside the pot. Concerned about this product defect, I reached out to customer service and showed them pictures of where there was rust. Eliza at Customer Service was great to work with, and sent me a replacement pot. This one looks great, no rust spots at all. I know I can cook with it for a long time. Thanks so much Eliza and Milo! Two thumbs up on your customer service. Looking at getting the skillet next, you guys are so great.

Nice POT but...

mine arrived with a small chip on rim of lid- i didnt want to complain about a minor chip- it was after all only $95. Since using it has 3 chips now, and that's with me being extremely careful with it. Enamel not so great and i have some discoloration but i still like the pot for the money.
